OUR | HISTORY

We’re a small, family-owned engineering services and consulting firm built on precision, accountability, transparency and craftsmanship. Located in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. For more than 30 years, we’ve supported complex fabrication and supply operations worldwide, often in environments where discretion (Proper clearance, NDA’s and Confidentiality agreements are a must), reliability, and integrity are mission-critical to meet timely results.

 

Our experience spans both sides of the supply chain. We assist buyers and end users with independent verification and capability assessments, and we also work with suppliers to resolve production challenges and improve quality standards. In certain cases, both sides have trusted us; first to evaluate, then to help improve—because they know our standards never change.

 

Our philosophy was shaped by decades of work in defense and critical manufacturing sectors, where quality cannot depend on politics or circumstance. A product or service must perform to the highest standard regardless of where it’s built or who uses it. That principle, guides everything we do, serve with discipline, deliver with precision, and uphold integrity above all else. Evaluate to a standard, not to emotion.

We operate as your local technical and quality partner—an extension of your organization, protecting your interests through on-site evaluations, performance audits, inspections, compliance verification and supplier development.  Note: In all onsite support activities, our role is advisory. We provide factual evaluations / technical observation / technical recommendations if requested; all commercial or contractual decision-making, remains the responsibility of our client.  (No overstepping our bounds. It is your customer or your supplier)

We function as your local “Employee” for the day or week, without actually being an employee, “your customer” doesn’t need to know “our arrangement”. It also allows you to say you have employees in Mexico to support your product or service or buying of products and services here.

Supplier Quality Evaluations

Systematic evaluations of your supplier's performance to ensure they meet your company's standards for quality, reliability, and compliance. We ensure there is no thumb on the scale or fudging of the numbers. Evaluations of their compliance to Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), TQM, TPS, ISO, or other systems and procedures.

Quality concerns or Warranty issues

If you are the part supplier and your customer says there is a quality issue with the part, we are your local onsite support partner. Avoid costly international plane fights, dangers of travel to foreign country, cultural issues, and having to pull your personnel off other projects. We go to your customer’s site or vendor’s site, to investigate the problem and provide full investigation. We can also accommodate one day / short term / emergency visits and local repair services.

Customer Services visits

We go on your behalf for customer follow up and sometimes just educational hand holding, proper use / application of a product training or follow up on a vendor who has late shipments.

If you are a Parts or Component Supplier

We operate as your on-the-ground technical ally, your local presence ensuring your standards are met, your interests protected, and your goals achieved. If your customer is claiming a damaged or defective part, we are your local eyes on the product.

Our people go to the plant, confirm the space is ready and no columns or items in the way. Plus, we can evaluate Electrical, Plumbing and Air capacity / supply systems available at the plant.

Your first project in Mexico? We can help navigate the pot holes, avoid cultural or language barriers. Acquire local services of forklifts, cranes or small machining and welding support. We provided turnkey industrial contracting services (short term, long term or per project specific scope).
